President Visit to Jindal Chirodzi Coal Mine

His Excellency, President of Republic of Mozambique, Mr. Filipe Jacinto Nyusi along with few members of his cabinet visited Jindal Chirodzi coal mine on May 26, 2016. The visit assumes high importance as the Premier was visiting the site when the Development of Chirodzi’s Power Project is going on a rapid pace along with the construction of the Resettlement Colony.

Jindal Steel and Power Limited commissions 1.4 MTPA Rebar Mill in Sohar, Oman

Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) has commissioned a 1.4 million tonne per annum (mtpa) rebar mill at Sohar, Oman. The mill, that came up with an investment of $190 million is the largest in Gulf and African region. Along with the existing 2 mtpa steel melting shop, it makes JSPL's Jindal Shadeed the largest integrated steelmaker in Oman.
